ElevenLabs is Next-Level Crazy
For the past 3 months, I’ve been cranking out AI-driven podcasts on AI, sports, and crypto (shameless plug—links to all 3 below). But this new feature? It’s a game-changer.
You can create your own AI assistant. I built mine with my voice—just uploaded 3 hours of recordings—and now it can basically say anything I want.
Wild, right? Here's a tweet diving deeper 👇

New Japanese Drug to Regrow Teeth
Meet Toregem Biopharma, a Kyoto University-affiliated startup that's whipped up an antibody drug targeting a specific protein called USAG-1. This protein usually says, "Nope, no new teeth for you." But by blocking it, Toregem’s drug hits the brakes on that process, opening up the possibility for fresh pearly whites to sprout.
@aijamayrock I found the only drug in the world that can regrow teeth! 🦷 This is the ninth video in my series, Aging Around The World 🌍, where I explor... See more
What’s Next? Clinical Trials
Starting in September 2024, human trials at Kyoto University Hospital kick off with three phases:
Phase 1 (2024-2025): 30 men, ages 30-64, all missing a molar or two
Phase 2 (2025): Kids aged 2-7 with congenital tooth issues
Phase 3: Older adults who've lost teeth due to other factors
Already Seeing Wins
Animal trials show the drug’s got potential. It worked on ferrets (whose teeth are surprisingly similar to ours) and even mice, all without major side effects.
The Timeline
Toregem wants this ready to roll by 2030 with a price tag around 1.5 million yen (about $9,800) – potentially even covered by insurance someday.
Who It’s For
The main targets for this revolutionary treatment are:
People born without some teeth (affects around 0.1% of the population)
Anyone who’s lost teeth from cavities or injuries
Kids missing teeth, which could impact jaw development
Brace yourself – this could be a game-changer.

Notion’s New Feature – Webhooks
If you’re a fan of Notion, you might have noticed a major upgrade recently: Webhooks. For daily Notion users like myself, this opens up a world of automation possibilities. But what exactly are webhooks, and why is this exciting? Let’s break it down.
What Are Webhooks?
Definition:
Webhooks are user-defined HTTP callbacks triggered by specific events in a system.
Purpose:
They enable systems to communicate in real time automatically, eliminating the need for constant polling (repeatedly checking for updates).
A Simple Example: Auto Post to Instagram Using a Webhook
Scenario:
Imagine you’re managing a project and want to share milestones with your Instagram followers. Using a webhook, this process can become seamless and automatic.
Event: You mark a task as “Complete” in your project management app.
Trigger: The app sends a webhook (an HTTP POST request) to a social media automation tool.
Action:
The automation tool receives the task details.
It formats the information into a caption.
It posts the update to your Instagram account instantly.
Why This Matters for Notion Users
With Notion’s new webhooks, you can now integrate Notion with countless other tools to streamline workflows. For example:
Notify your team instantly: Trigger Slack messages for updates to a shared Notion page.
Track project progress: Automate updates in Trello or Asana when a Notion task is updated.
Enhance personal productivity: Use webhooks to log completed tasks to your Google Calendar.
This feature makes Notion even more powerful for automation enthusiasts, enabling smarter and faster workflows. Are you already experimenting with Notion's webhooks? If so, share your ideas!
Interesting Finds

The guys at My First Million just dropped an incredible guide on building and using AI agents. If you’re interested or even just curious, check it out below!
If you don’t have an hour to listen, here’s the quick read:
🚀 1. AI is the New Shopify
Shopify democratized e-commerce; AI is democratizing software creation.
Before: 200M developers globally.
Now: AI could enable 2B+ people to create software. That’s a 10X shift.
Dharmesh’s example: He built a Shopify store that’s made over $50M without knowing manufacturing or coding—just using tools like Alibaba and Shopify. AI is leveling the playing field similarly.
💡 2. SaaS is Dead; It’s All About RaaS (Results as a Service)
Old SaaS model: Pay for tools like Zendesk ($30K/year) + hire employees to use them.
New RaaS model: Hire an AI agent to deliver the results directly (e.g., answering tickets) for a fraction of the cost—no tools, no employees.
Dharmesh’s takeaway: People don’t want tools, they want results.
